Pad Thai


Preparation:

1. 100g dried rice noodle
2. 100g bean sprouts
3. 3 tablespoons oil
4. 2 eggs
5. 100g Maesupen Padthai sauce
6. 4 prawns
7. 30g Chinese chive
8 10g Roasted peanut

Cooking instruction:

1. Soak 100g of dried rice noodle in hot water until soft, then drain, and set aside.
2. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, then add 100g shrimp, and stir fry.
3. Add 2 beaten egg and stir to combine.
4. Mix prepared noodle with 100g of Maesupen Padthai sauce and 100g bean sprouts, and chinese chive.
5. Garnish with roasted peanut and ready to serve.
